DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

4. Incorporate both of the following declarations in the body of the Notice:

* "I hereby declare that the information contained in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is purportedly infringed."
5. Supply your full legal name and either your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or actions are infringing may incur liability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material, which was removed (or access was disabled), does not infringe, or that you have permission from the copyright owner or their agent, or you are legally authorized to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following details:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location of that content prior to it being removed or disabled;
3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification; and
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement agreeing to receive service of process from the individual who notified you of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, within 10 to 14 business days or at our discretion thereafter.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Pursuant to the DMCA and applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate users who are identified as repeat infringers when appropriate and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether such infringements are repeat offenses.
